Another Storm Surge in 6th, Caps Dramatic Comeback Victory Over Falcons

Storm’s bats were rather tepid across the first three innings and turned ice cold in the fourth and fifth as Storm was hitting like they wanted to go home instead of hitting like they wanted to win. Then something shifted in the sixth. Mills led off with a walk and Bob, Lance, Brad, and Shawn all doubled as Storm scored as many runs in the sixth inning as they had in the first five. They held on for a 12-8 win.
